Step 1: Clean and Dry Prep
Thoroughly clean area with detergent or IPA. Avoid glass cleaners (Windolene) or wax, which leave residue. Ensure 100% dry; warm cold panels with a hairdryer before and during the application.
Step 2: Squeegee and Peel
Rub clear tape firmly to remove air pockets and seat the vinyl. Lay flat, then peel the thick white backing. If vinyl sticks to paper, lay back down and re-squeegee before continuing the peel process.
Step 3: Apply and Finish
Align and squeegee from the center out. Peel clear tape at a sharp 180° angle flat against surface. Avoid pressure washing for 3 weeks; prick any bubbles with a pin. To remove, warm with a dryer and peel.
